INGREDIENTS:-
Boneless Chicken ( 1 kg) cut into cubes
Yogurt ( 1 bowl)
Full cream ( 2 packs)
Almond (. 1/2 cup) ( soak for an hour and boil and then make fine paste)
Black pepper corn ( 1 tbsp)
White pepper corn (1 tbsp)
Coriander seeds (2 tbsp)
Red button chili ( 8-10 )
Zeera ( 1 tbsp)
Kasuri meethi ( 1 tbsp)
Ginger garlic paste ( 1 1/2 tbsp)
Onions ( 2 medium size )
Butter ( 3 tbsp)
Oil
Salt
Green chili ( 4-5)
SPICES PREPARATION :-

METHOD:—
In a pan heat oil add butter. Always add oil before butter (tip). Add onion paste , cook until raw smell disappear, add ginger garlic paste sauté for 2 minutes add boneless chicken cubes cook until chicken change color. Add grind spices, salt and yogurt cook in medium flame. Add almond paste cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add dry fenugreek leaves/ kasuri methi & cream.Let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes while covered. After 15 minutes oil is separate from the gravy. The consistency of the gravy is neither to thick or runny. Garnish with coriander leaves, slice ginger and green chilies.
