Dhaba Style Dal Fry

Ingredients:
For Boiling Dal
Urad sabut dal (kali dal) – 1cup
Rajma – ½ cup
Chana Dal – ½ cup
Water – 6cups
Ginger slices – 3-4nos
Garlic cloves – 3-4nos
Green Chilli slit – 1no
Turmeric – ½ tsp
For Tempering:
Oil/ghee – 4-5tbsp
Dry red chilli – 4nos
Cumin – 1tsp
Garlic chopped – 2tbsp
Ginger chopped – 1tbsp
Onion chopped – ½ cup
Green chillies chopped – 1no
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – 1tsp
Coriander powder – 1tsp
Salt – to taste
Tomato chopped – ¾ cup
Butter – 2tbsp
Lemon wedge – 1no
2nd tempering
Ghee – 1tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1tsp
