Soya chunks(dried) \u2013 1 cup
\nOnion chopped \u2013 2 tbsp
\nMint chopped \u2013 handful
\nGreen chilly chopped \u2013 1 no
\nCoriander seeds \u2013 2 tsp
\nSattu (Channa) \u2013 2tbsp
\nPotato (boiled & mashed) \u2013 2 tbsp
\nCoriander chopped \u2013 handful
\nCumin \u2013 2 tsp
\nTurmeric \u2013 1\/2 tsp
\nChilly powder \u2013 1tsp
\nGaram masala \u2013 1\/2 tsp
\nMustard oil \u2013 2 tbsp
\nGinger chopped \u2013 2 tsp
\nChaat masala \u2013 2 tsp
\nSalt \u2013 to taste
\nOil \u2013 to drizzle<\/p>\n
Steps ?<\/p>\n
\u2705Soak soya chunks in hot water for half hour. Now squeeze the water out and place it in a blender. Add channa sattu, chopped onions, mashed potato, mint, coriander, green chilly, cumin, coriander seeds, turmeric, chilly powder, garam masala, mustard oil, ginger chopped, chaat masala and salt.<\/p>\n
\u2705Mix it well and divide into small portions of the size of golf balls. Heat a pan and add ghee and shallow fry the kebabs till it is brown on both sides.<\/p>\n
