Dhaba Style Dal Fry

Ingredients:
\nFor Boiling Dal
\nUrad sabut dal (kali dal) – 1cup
\nRajma – \u00bd cup
\nChana Dal – \u00bd cup
\nWater – 6cups
\nGinger slices – 3-4nos
\nGarlic cloves – 3-4nos
\nGreen Chilli slit – 1no
\nTurmeric – \u00bd tsp<\/p>\n
For Tempering:
\nOil\/ghee – 4-5tbsp
\nDry red chilli – 4nos
\nCumin – 1tsp
\nGarlic chopped – 2tbsp
\nGinger chopped – 1tbsp
\nOnion chopped – \u00bd cup
\nGreen chillies chopped – 1no
\nTurmeric – \u00bd tsp
\nChilli powder – 1tsp
\nCoriander powder – 1tsp
\nSalt – to taste
\nTomato chopped – \u00be cup
\nButter – 2tbsp
\nLemon wedge – 1no <\/p>\n
2nd tempering
