INGREDIENTS:-<\/p>\n

Boneless Chicken ( 1 kg) cut into cubes\u00a0
\nYogurt ( 1 bowl)
\nFull cream ( 2 packs)
\nAlmond (. 1\/2 cup) ( soak for an hour and boil and then make fine paste)
\nBlack pepper corn ( 1 tbsp)
\nWhite pepper corn (1 tbsp)
\nCoriander seeds (2 tbsp)
\nRed button chili ( 8-10 )
\nZeera ( 1 tbsp)\u00a0
\nKasuri meethi ( 1 tbsp)
\nGinger garlic paste ( 1 1\/2 tbsp)
\nOnions ( 2 medium size )
\nButter ( 3 tbsp)
\nOil\u00a0
\nSalt
\nGreen chili ( 4-5)<\/p>\n

SPICES PREPARATION :-<\/p>\n

, black pepper corn, white pepper corn , coriander seeds, zeera ,red button chili dry roast in a pan and grind it. Set a side<\/p>\n

METHOD:\u2014<\/p>\n

In a pan heat oil add butter. Always add oil before butter (tip). Add onion paste , cook until raw smell disappear, add ginger garlic paste saut\u00e9 for 2 minutes add boneless chicken cubes cook until chicken change color. Add grind spices, salt and\u00a0 yogurt cook in medium flame. Add almond paste cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add dry fenugreek leaves\/ kasuri methi & cream.Let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes while covered.\u00a0 After 15 minutes oil is separate from the gravy. The consistency of the gravy is neither to thick or runny. Garnish with coriander leaves, slice ginger and green chilies.<\/p>\n
