? Empowering Women in India: #UnleashHerPotential ?

In a journey from 8.6% literacy in 1951 to 64.63% in 2011, Indian women have come a long way, but there’s still more ground to cover. Many regions restrict women’s education, pushing early marriages and limited choices. India’s deeply rooted patriarchal society, gender bias, and safety concerns persist.

? On Sept 19, 2023, India’s Parliament took a historic step, reserving 33% of seats for women. Initiatives like “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” are in motion. It’s time to shed light on these vital issues. Let’s change the perception of girls as ‘paraya dhan’ and challenge dowry culture.

? The chalk and chalkboard theme symbolize grassroots education in India. Even with limited resources, knowledge thrives. My posters challenge stereotypes. Education, represented by a graduation cap, urges women to chase dreams in all fields.

? The second poster questions why dowry overshadows education. We highlight disparities in female education rates and call for change. Let’s value education over material possessions.

? The third poster asks: Is a Ph.D. less important than a perfect roti? It’s time to prioritize education over traditional roles. Creativity, learning, and knowledge must prevail. Break free from stereotypes.

? Using traditional and digital media, our campaign leverages Adobe tools and Procreate. Hand-written chalk text adds a unique touch. Tailored for Instagram, we aim to reach a wide Indian audience.

#UnleashHerPotential #WomenEmpowerment #IndiaEducation #studioproject #design #adobe #procreate

?
