\nDesi Ghee – 63gm
\nWater – 1100ml
\nMaida – 250gm
\nOil\/Desi Ghee – for frying upto 1.5L
\nIce – few<\/p>\n
FOR SUGAR SYRUP-
\nSugar – 2cups
\nWater – \u00bd cup
\nCardamom powder \u00bd tsp<\/p>\n
FOR RABRI-
\nMilk – 1lt
\nSugar – 2tbsp
\nCardamom powder – \u00bd tsp<\/p>\n
FOR CUSTARD CREAM-
\nCustard powder (vanilla) – 5 tbsp
\nSugar – 4 tbsp
\nMilk – 1lt
\nButter (salted) – 1tbsp
\nWhipped Cream – 2cups
\nPipping bag – 1no<\/p>\n
FOR TOPPINGS & GARNISHES-
\nPistachios Chopped – a handful
\nAlmonds Chopped – a handful
\nCashewnuts Chopped – a handful

Note for equipment required –
\nWe would also need a wooden stick for picking ghewar.
