Ingredients

RECIPE 1
\n2 tbsp Desi Ghee
\n2 tsp Ginger chopped
\n1 cup Boiled Potato diced
\n1\/2 tsp Turmeric
\n1 tsp Amchur powder
\nto taste Salt
\n1 tsp Red chilly powder
\n2 tbsp Coriander chopped<\/p>\n
RECIPE 2
\n2 cups Boiled Potato diced
\n1\/3 cup Desi Ghee
\n1 tbsp Cumin
\n1\/2 tbsp Ginger chopped
\n2 nos Green chilly chopped
\n1\/2 cup Onion chopped
\n3\/4 tsp Turmeric
\n1\/2 tsp Red chilly powder
\n1\/2 cup Tomato chopped
\nto taste Salt
\n2 tbsp Coriander chopped
\n1tsp Amchur powder<\/p>\n
Steps<\/p>\n
RECIPE 1
\nHeat ghee and add jeera. Once it pops add chopped ginger and chopped green chilly. Saute for a minute and add boiled & diced potatoes. Sprinkle salt, turmeric, chilly powder and dry mango powder(amchur). Toss & cook for 2minutes. Sprinkle chopped coriander, toss & remove. Serve hot.<\/p>\n
RECIPE 2
\nHeat ghee in a pan and add cumin. Stir for few seconds and add green chillies and ginger and stir for a minute. Now add onions and saute for another minute. Sprinkle turmeric & chilli powder and give a quick stir. Add tomatoes and cook on high heat for 3mins. Add potatoes along with salt and toss them together. Cook for 5mins and then sprinkle with chopped coriander. Add some amchur powder, toss and remove. Serve hot with Indian breads.<\/p>\n
