Although it\u2019s not commonly eaten at my home, I like to have it once in a while – as it\u2019s rich in vitamins & minerals. \n-In a pan heat oil and add jeera, red chilli, green cardamom, cloves, green chilli, cinnamon stick, bay leaf. Cook for a minute.
\n-Next add ginger paste, garlic paste and onions. Cook for a couple of minutes.
\n-Add tomatoes and cook till they turn soft.
\n-Add chappan kadu and salt. Cook for 2-3 min on high heat. Then cook on low heat for 15 min. Keep checking\/stirring in between.<\/p>\n
