A lot of you must be thinking, Roxanne changed her whole social media into insurance. Why? I wanted to give some more information on just insurance itself, as it’s not on everyone’s list. I’ve had insurance since my firstborn, 15 years ago and had permanent temporary insurance. I’ve done the Dave Ramsey course and made sure we held no debt this whole time. The goal was to save enough to be self insured.. Chris and I have always tried to figure out ways to get ahead in life.. real estate was the one constant that worked for us to keep us saving and not waste our hard earned money. The one inconvenience was qualifying for another mortgage each time. When the infinite banking concept approached us, we were all for it. It just made so much sense. Over funding a dividend-paying whole life insurance policy, then taking out a policy loan to access the funds for reinvesting while.. the initial funds are still growing tax free and with compounding interest. I say yes! From there I got my license in Alberta AND Manitoba so that I can help others do the same on being their own bank ❤️ this is not a get rich quick scheme.. it takes time for the growth to happen.. but if you are an investor.. before putting funds into another property or savings accounts like RRSPs.. considering redirecting the funds into a policy first.
