Found some… wait, I MADE some time, to move my body and get a killer sweat sesh in today up north on vacation.
Actually the truth is, ever since coming up here for about 10 years now for our annual before school getaway, I’ve really loved those early morning runs along the lake, and/or getting it done in the living room to my mobile gym trainers with my Netflix of workout library, continuing my normal routines as I would normally being home.
When it becomes lifestyle, it’s just what you do, just like brushing your teeth.
I know it’s the START that STOPS most people.
You can’t expect a different outcome when you continue repeating past behaviors.
The me 10 years ago might have made different choices… and I’m proud AF of the woman looking back at me in the mirror today.
